Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photo or video evidence. Please contact us before sending any items back.

Are intimate products or lingerie returnable?
For hygiene and safety reasons, lingerie, bodysuits, adult toys, and intimate accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
