At Red Desired Shop, customer satisfaction is our priority.
Because we partner with multiple fulfillment suppliers (including Eprolo, Trendsi, and CJ Dropshipping), our return process follows specific guidelines depending on the product and its source. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

๐Ÿงพ 1. General Return Conditions

We accept returns or replacements only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong product, color, or size due to our error).
Requests for refund or replacement must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
To request a return, please email: reddesiredshop@gmail.com with:
  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting photos or videos
If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

๐Ÿšซ 2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic and safety reasons, the following categories are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is defective or arrived damaged:
  • Lingerie, bodysuits, and underwear
  • Adult toys and lubricants
  • Beauty or self-care products
  • Face masks and swimwear
  • Earrings or intimate accessories
We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear, misuse, or missing packaging.

Once your request is verified and approved by our fulfillment partner:
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

๐ŸŒ 4. Supplier-Based Conditions

Depending on the supplier that fulfilled your order, the following additional conditions may apply:
  • Eprolo: Refunds or replacements are available for damaged, wrong, or missing items. Returns are rarely required because international return costs are high. Requests must be filed within 10 days of receipt.
  • Trendsi: Returns are accepted only for U.S. orders. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with SKU label. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Final-sale items cannot be returned.
  • CJ Dropshipping: Refunds are available for damaged, defective, or delayed orders. Items must be unused and reported within 30 days. Physical returns to China are discouraged due to shipping cost.

โš ๏ธ 5. Exceptions & Limitations

  • We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages.
  • Slight variations in color, size, or texture due to lighting or manufacturing differences are not considered defects.
  • Once an order is marked โ€œDeliveredโ€ by the carrier, claims for non-receipt cannot be automatically refunded.

๐Ÿ“ฆ 6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a replacement item, please place a new order after your refund is approved.
